Reference pressure measurements need sensors that stay accurate, connect securely and can be exchanged without extra setup. The DX 225 / DX 245 series provides robust digital pressure probes for PRO Line handheld meters, with relative ranges from 1 to 1000 bar and absolute/vacuum ranges from 1 to 25 bar.
Factory calibration data are stored in the probe, allowing sensor interchangeability without recalibration. Accuracy of 0.1 % FS, temperature compensation from -20 to +60 °C and internal measuring speed of 50 /s support dependable readings for reference checks, MinP, AvgP and MaxP envelope values.
The rigid stainless-steel body and G ½ manometer thread are designed for demanding pressure connections up to 1000 bar. Low power consumption, IP67 protection and the M12 DX-Sensor interface make the probes a practical match for PRO D01, PRO D05-x, PRO 921 and PRO 925 measurement workflows.
DX 225 probes measure relative pressure, while DX 245 probes measure absolute and vacuum pressure.
The M12 DX-Sensor interface connects the probes to compatible PRO Line handheld meters.
The probes use a G ½ manometer thread for connection to the pressure process.
Models up to 40 bar use piezoresistive technology, while models above 40 bar use a thin film cell.
The probes provide last value, minimum, average and maximum values from the sensor.
DX 245 sensors provide SLP as a value corrected to sea level.
The process connection is stainless steel 1.4404/316L; models above 40 bar use an Elgiloy 2.4711 sensor.
Optional ISO 9001 factory calibration or DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 DAkkS/ACCREDIA certificates are available.
