Complete the online returns form. Please enter all relevant information about your device and the reason for the return.
Device cleaning:To ensure the safety of our employees and to support environmental protection, we ask you to prepare devices that have been in contact with liquids accordingly. This ensures safe processing. Please note that a cleaning fee of 62.00 Euros will be charged for non-compliance with these requirements.
Confirmation and dispatch instructions:
Once you have submitted the form, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed shipping instructions for your device. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure safe and speedy dispatch to us.
Labelling and shipping addresses:
Each device is labelled with its place of manufacture. Please send devices of the old brands Honsberg, Martens and Imtron to Remscheid. For Greisinger products, please use the address in Regenstauf. ValCo devices should be sent to Milan, and DeltaOHM products should be sent to the address in Padua.
