Sensitive downstream equipment needs clean media to operate reliably. This magnetic filter helps protect connected devices by separating both dirt particles and ferritic particles from water and other water-based, non-aggressive media.
The combination of an integrated strainer and magnetic separator gives plant operators a compact protection element for pipe systems from DN 15 to DN 50. With a 500 µm mesh, PN 30 pressure rating and a media temperature range of 5…90 °C, it is well suited for demanding water-based applications where contamination control matters.
Service work stays practical on site. The filter insert and magnetic rod are easy to remove for cleaning, while the unit can be installed vertically or horizontally with the screw connection facing downward. Wetted materials include a CW617N brass housing, V2A stainless steel screen, Neodym N35H magnet and EPDM seal for water-based media, with NBR available for oils.
The unit combines a dirt strainer with an integrated magnetic separator to remove solid contamination and ferritic particles from the medium.
The integrated filter screen can be removed for cleaning and replaced when required.
A Neodym N35H magnetic rod is integrated into the housing and can be removed for cleaning.
The connection is specified as G female thread, with sizes from G ½ to G2 depending on the nominal diameter.
The filter can be installed vertically or horizontally, with the screw connection positioned downward.
Wetted parts include a CW617N brass housing, V2A stainless steel screen, Neodym N35H magnet and EPDM seal for water-based media.
EPDM is the standard seal for water and water-based media. NBR is available as an option for oils.
