Clean media flow starts with a filter that is easy to match to the line, the medium and the service task. Feinfilter ZE is designed for filtering liquids and gases, with filter elements from 5…300 µm and nominal sizes from DN 4…20.
The PP housing and selectable cover materials give users practical flexibility for water, oil and gas applications. Depending on the variant, the cover is available in PP, clear copolyester (PES) or polyamide, while the filter element is made from UHMV-PE sintered plastic or stainless steel.
Maintenance remains straightforward in daily operation. The filter is intended to be mounted with the filter cartridge preferably facing down, and the filter bowl can be removed for filter replacement. Pressure resistance is rated up to 10 bar at 24 °C and 7 bar at 52 °C, with media and ambient temperatures from 0…+52 °C.
The product family uses UHMV-PE sintered plastic or stainless steel filter elements, depending on the selected configuration.
The filter bowl is available as PP white, clear copolyester (PES) or polyamide, supporting different visibility and material requirements.
The filters use BSP internal threads in sizes from BSP 1/8 to BSP 3/4. The source notes that gauge accuracy cannot be guaranteed for plastic parts.
The filters are specified for water, oil and gas. Wetted materials include PP, PP/PES/polyamide, UHMV-PE sintered plastic or stainless steel, and NBR or FKM seals.
Installation is preferably with the filter cartridge facing down. When the filter bowl is removed for filter replacement, the seal must be renewed.
