A direct view of flow helps operators confirm line behavior without electronics or additional displays. This mechanical flow indicator uses a rotor for quantitative flow indication, with rotor speed proportional to flow. The rotor is visible through 360°, giving an immediate check for liquid lines, air and gas applications.
Service work stays practical in demanding process environments. The sight glass can be cleaned in place with an internal wiper, and the robust housing is available in brass or stainless steel. PEEK slide bearings are specified for liquids, while a grease-free ball bearing version is available for air and gases.
The family covers DN 8...40 with G 1/4...G 1 1/2 internal threads, recommended Qmax values up to 700 l/min and an indication range from 0.7..700 l/min. PN 16 pressure resistance, 0...+100 °C media temperature and flexible mounting, except flow from above, support integration into compact industrial lines.
The mechanical rotor provides quantitative flow indication. Rotor rotation is proportional to the flow through the device.
Versions are listed for liquids and for air or gaseous media. Water and gases are stated media; oils may require higher rotor startup values.
Wetted parts use nickel-plated CW614N brass with NBR or 1.4305 stainless steel with FKM, combined with borosilicate glass.
The family includes nominal sizes DN 8...40 with internal thread connections from G 1/4 to G 1 1/2.
The device can be installed in any position except with flow entering from above.
Smaller startup quantities, special orifices and an EPDM wiper and gasket option are listed.
