Process visibility is easiest to trust when operators can see the medium directly. This flow indicator gives a clear visual check in liquid lines, making fill level, color and bubbles visible through a borosilicate glass window. It is especially useful for dirty or colored liquids where a quick on-site view helps confirm what is happening in the line.
Designed for practical service, the flow path has no moving internal parts and the sight glass can be cleaned in place with the internal wiper. That reduces handling effort during inspection, because the device does not need to be removed just to restore visibility.
The family covers DN 8..40 with G 1/4..G 11/2 internal threads and maximum flow rates from 15 to 220 l/min, depending on size. Brass and stainless steel versions support use with water and oils, while PN 16 bar pressure resistance, 0..+100 °C media temperature and any-position mounting give plant builders flexibility in compact process lines.
The indicator lets the medium pass through a sight glass for direct visual checking of fill level, color and bubbles.
Wetted parts are available in nickel-plated CW614N brass with NBR or in 1.4305 stainless steel with FKM, both with borosilicate glass.
The family covers nominal sizes DN 8...40 with internal thread connections from G 1/4 to G 1 1/2.
An internal wiper cleans the sight glass in place. An EPDM wiper and gasket version is listed as an option.
The devices are specified for PN 16 bar, media temperatures from 0...+100 °C and ambient temperatures from 0...+70 °C.
