Reliable flow monitoring in demanding liquid lines needs a switch that is easy to set and built for the pipework around it. This mechanical flow switch supports repeatable monitoring with contactless actuation of an adjustable Reed contact, while the 180° scale and setting diagram help operators define the switching value clearly.
The stainless steel flange design fits DN 15 to DN 150 installations and supports H2O switching ranges from 2-950 l/min. With recommended Qmax. values up to 2000 l/min, PN 40 pressure resistance and media temperatures from -20..+120 °C, it is well suited for water and oil applications where stable switching behavior matters.
For consistent operation, the device is intended for horizontal flow as standard and uses a straight calming section of 5 x DN in the inlet and outlet. Options such as ingress protection (IP65), temperature indication, temperature monitoring, a metal cover and oil switching ranges allow closer adaptation to the application.
