Reliable flow monitoring starts with a switching point that can be set clearly and repeated with confidence. Designed for liquid media, this mechanical flow switch uses contactless actuation of an adjustable Reed contact and offers exact switching value setting via a 180° scale and setting diagram.
The robust cast iron flange housing supports use in industrial pipework from DN 15 to DN 150. Switching ranges for H2O cover 2-950 l/min, with recommended Qmax. values up to 2000 l/min and a tolerance of ±5 % of full scale. PN 16 pressure resistance and media temperatures from -20...+120 °C give the device a practical operating window for water-based applications.
For stable operation, the flow switch is intended for horizontal flow as standard and requires straight calming sections of 5 x DN in the inlet and outlet. Options such as ingress protection (IP65), temperature indication, temperature monitoring and internal parts made of brass or stainless steel allow adaptation to the application.
