Stable flow monitoring starts with a switch that reacts repeatably and keeps hydraulic losses low. Designed for water and oils, the UR1-H family uses a spring-supported paddle with magnetic actuation of a reed switch, giving operators a clear switching function without direct contact between the electrical and hydraulic parts.
The adjustable switching ranges cover 23...118 l/min H_2O, depending on nominal diameter, with recommended Qmax. values up to 600 l/min. Brass and stainless steel versions support use in different media-contact environments, while PN 25 pressure resistance and media temperatures from -20...+110 °C make the units suitable for demanding pipe installations.
Commissioning stays straightforward on site. The switching tube is moved into the required position and fixed with screws, while the plastic head supports stress-free fixation of the switching unit. Threaded connections from G 1 1/4...G3 and ingress protection (IP65) complete a robust mechanical and electrical package.
The device operates with a spring-supported paddle that magnetically actuates a reed switch.
The switching tube can be moved to the required position and fixed again with screws.
The family uses screw-in threaded connections for pipe sizes from DN 32 to DN 80.
The switching unit can be used as a normally open or normally closed contact.
Brass and stainless steel versions are available with different media-contact materials.
A straight calming section of 5 x DN is specified for inlet and outlet installation.
Water and oils are specified as standard media; gases and aggressive media are available on request.
