Introduction

Sound level meter performance relies on a microphone capsule perfectly matched to the instrument class and acoustic environment. The UC52 is a highly cost-effective ½" pre-polarized condenser microphone specified for HD2010UC and HD2010UC/A Class 1 and 2 instruments, delivering a removable free-field chain tailored for workplace noise exposure, general acoustic assessments, and industrial product testing.
 
The capsule, optimized for free-field measurements, offers a 20 Hz–16 kHz response for Class 1 and a 25 Hz–10 kHz range for Class 2 applications with a sensitivity of 22.5 mV/Pa.  

Supplied with a calibration card, UC52 is used with the HD2010PNE2 preamplifier, as standard microphone set for the HD2010UC and HD2010UC/A sound level meters.
