Clear flow visibility matters when water circuits have to be checked quickly on site. This flow meter gives operators a large analog display for direct monitoring, with measuring ranges from 2 to 600 l/min H2O across nominal sizes DN 8 to DN 80.
The mechanical measuring principle keeps operation robust in demanding utility and process environments. Flow lifts a piston from the valve seat against spring force, and a magnetic coupling drives the pointer mechanism. This design supports reliable indication with a tolerance of ±3 % of full scale and pressure resistance up to PN 100, depending on connection size.
For switching tasks, an optional microswitch can be set with the supplied knurled adjustment screw. The device connects via G 1/4 to G 3 female threads, uses DIN 43650-A / ISO 4400 plug connection for the switch version and provides ingress protection (IP65).
The volume flow lifts a piston against spring force. A magnetic coupling transfers the piston movement to the pointer mechanism.
The microswitch version provides a changeover contact and can be adjusted with the supplied knurled screw.
The product family uses female threads from G 1/4 to G 3, matched to nominal sizes from DN 8 to DN 80.
Standard installation is horizontal flow from the left. Other mounting positions are possible, but affect the switching point and indication range.
The standard medium is water. Oil versions are available on request, with medium temperature from -20 to +90 °C.
