Type K thermocouple strap probe for pipe surface measurement

TP662

Type K thermocouple strap probe for pipe surface temperature measurement, with Velcro strap for tubes up to Ø 110 mm, 120 s response time and 400 mm x 30 mm strap size.

Introduction

Pipe temperature measurement is simpler when the sensor can be fixed directly to the tube surface instead of held by hand. TP662 uses a K type thermocouple strap with Velcro, making it suitable for tube measurements where stable contact around the pipe is required.

The strap design supports measurements on tubes with a maximum diameter of 110 mm. A 400 mm length and 30 mm width provide the mechanical format for wrapping around the measuring point, while the 120 s response time defines the sensor reaction during measurement.

For users working with compatible K thermocouple instruments, TP662 offers a practical contact solution for pipe and tube applications where repeatable positioning matters.
