Introduction

High-temperature immersion checks need a probe with defined thermocouple behavior and enough stem length to reach the measuring point safely. TP651 measures up to 1200 °C and uses a Type K thermocouple, making it suitable for demanding temperature checks with compatible measuring instruments.
 
Class 1 construction and tolerance according to IEC 60584-2 give the user a clear accuracy basis for dependable readings. The 6 s response time supports practical measurement work where the sensor must react quickly to temperature variation.
 
With a 1200 mm stem length and Ø 6 mm probe stem, TP651 is designed for immersion temperature measurement where extended reach is required. It is the longer version within the TP651 and TP652 probe range.
