Introduction

Temperature checks often move between liquid, surface and penetration tasks. This probe family gives technicians three practical Pt100 formats with one consistent measuring platform: immersion, contact and penetration probes for -70 to +250 °C applications.

The TP471 SICRAM module supports dependable measurements by correcting the characteristic of the Pt100 sensor. Accuracy is ±0.1 °C at 0 °C and ±0.2 °C from -50 °C to +250 °C, giving users a clear basis for routine checks where repeatable temperature data matters.

Each probe uses a 150 mm stem with an aluminum handle for field and laboratory handling. The family includes Ø 2.7 mm immersion and penetration versions, plus a Ø 4 mm contact version. Response times are 3.5 s, 4 s or 5.5 s depending on probe type, helping users choose the right format for the measurement task.

Flexible probe choice
Immersion, contact and penetration versions cover common temperature checks from -70 to +250 °C.
Corrected Pt100 readings
TP471 SICRAM module corrects the Pt100 sensor characteristic for dependable measurement.
High accuracy
Accuracy is ±0.1 °C at 0 °C and ±0.2 °C from -50 °C to +250 °C.
Practical stem design
150 mm stems with Ø 2.7 or Ø 4 mm variants support different measurement points.

Features

Pt100 sensor

The probes use a Pt100 resistance thermometer for temperature measurement across the stated working range.

TP471 SICRAM module

The module connects the resistance thermometer and corrects the characteristic of the sensor.

Probe variants

The family includes immersion, contact and penetration probe versions for different measurement tasks.

Stem and handle

Each version has a 150 mm stem and an aluminum handle. Stem diameter is Ø 2.7 mm or Ø 4 mm depending on the probe type.

Response behavior

The T0.63 response times are 3.5 s for immersion, 5.5 s for contact and 4 s for penetration versions.
