Demanding temperature checks need probes that match the measuring point, not the other way around. This family covers immersion and penetration tasks with Pt100 probes for liquid, material and deeper insertion measurements across ranges up to -196 to +500 °C.
The TP471 SICRAM module supports dependable readings by correcting the characteristic of the Pt100 sensor. Accuracy is ±0.1 °C at 0 °C, ±0.2 °C from -50 °C to +250 °C and ±0.3 °C outside this range, giving users a strong measurement basis across wide temperature conditions.
The family includes Ø 3 mm immersion probes with 230 or 300 mm stems, plus Ø 6 mm penetration probes with 500 or 1000 mm stems. Each version has a 2 m cable and a T0.63 response time of 3 s, making it suitable for routine checks where fast sensor reaction and clear variant selection matter.
The probes use a Pt100 resistance thermometer for temperature measurement in immersion and penetration tasks.
The module connects the resistance thermometer and corrects the characteristic of the sensor.
Ø 3 mm immersion probes are available with 230 mm and 300 mm stem lengths for different insertion depths.
Ø 6 mm penetration probes are available with 500 mm and 1000 mm stem lengths for deeper material measurements.
Each TP472 family variant has a 2 m cable for connection to the measuring instrument.
