Thermocouple measurements with an external 0 °C reference need the right interface between probe and instrument. This SICRAM module is designed for use with an ice bath and supports thermocouple types K, J, E, T, N, R, S and B through one input.
The module works without cold-junction compensation, matching setups where the reference junction is maintained separately at 0 °C. Calibration data are stored in the module, giving the connected system the information needed for the configured thermocouple measurement.
A 1.5 m 2-wire copper output cable supports the ice-bath arrangement and keeps the module focused on one clear task: connecting thermocouple measurement to a controlled 0 °C reference method.
The module provides one input for thermocouple types K, J, E, T, N, R, S and B.
Calibration data are stored in the module for use by the connected measurement system.
The module has no cold-junction compensation and is intended for an external 0 °C ice-bath reference.
The connection uses a 1.5 m 2-wire copper output cable.
