Introduction

Thermal comfort assessment depends on more than air temperature. This Ø150 mm globe temperature probe helps capture mean radiant temperature and supports WBGT measurement when used with the HD32.1, HD32.2 and HD32.3TCA thermal comfort loggers.

The Pt100 sensor covers a measuring range of -30 ... +120°C, giving users a defined probe for heat stress and comfort-related measurements. The SICRAM module supports integration with compatible instruments, while the 2 m cable, Ø14 mm stem and 110 mm stem length allow practical positioning in the measurement setup.

For long-term usability, spare globes are available as TP875S. On request, the probe can also be supplied with a 4 fixed points temperature ACCREDIA (ISO 17025) certificate, VACCREDIA-UT4.
