Straightforward temperature limit switching helps keep water, oil and gas processes under control without complex setup. This compact controller uses a fully potted bimetal thermostat and switches when the selected limit temperature is reached.
The TF1-M version uses a brass CW614N process connection for the medium-contact area. Switching values are available from +40..+120 °C in 10 °C steps, with normally open or normally closed wiring. Depending on the selected switching value, the medium temperature range extends up to -20..+140 °C, with PN 100 pressure rating.
Installation can be chosen as required, provided the Ø8 mm sensor is fully immersed in the medium. The DIN 43650-A / ISO 4400 plug, IP65 ingress protection and compact construction support practical installation in process systems where reliable local switching is needed.
The device can be ordered with normally open or normally closed contact wiring.
G 1/2 A screw-in thread is standard, with G 3/4 A available as an option.
The switching value is specified for rising temperature at 2 K/min, with \pm10 K tolerance and 10..20 K hysteresis.
The switch supports a maximum switching voltage of 250 V AC and maximum switching current of 10 A.
The device is specified for water, oils and gases.
A red signal lamp option is available.
