Temperature limit switching in water, oil and gas applications calls for a compact device with a direct, clearly defined switching function. This controller uses a fully potted bimetal thermostat and switches when the selected limit temperature is reached.
The TF1-K version uses a stainless steel 1.4305 process connection for the medium-contact area. Switching values are available from +40..+120 °C in 10 °C steps, with normally open or normally closed wiring. Depending on the selected switching value, the medium temperature range extends up to -20..+140 °C, with PN 100 pressure rating.
Installation can be selected freely, provided the Ø8 mm sensor is fully immersed in the medium. The device connects via a DIN 43650-A / ISO 4400 plug and provides ingress protection (IP) IP65, supporting robust use in compact process installations.
The device can be ordered with normally open or normally closed contact wiring.
G 1/2 A screw-in thread is standard, with G 3/4 A available as an option.
The switching value is specified for rising temperature at 2 K/min, with \pm10 K tolerance and 10..20 K hysteresis.
The switch supports a maximum switching voltage of 250 V AC and maximum switching current of 10 A.
The device is specified for water, oils and gases.
A red signal lamp option is available.
