A temperature measuring point is only as good as the mechanical fit around the sensor. SHT provides a configurable thermowell interface for Pt100 sensors, helping users adapt probe installation to the required sensor diameter, length and process connection.
The thermowell is made from stainless steel 1.4571 and is available in several construction forms for Pt100 sensors, including versions for PTI as well as PTF and PTS probes. Inner diameters from 4 mm to 11 mm cover sensor diameters from 3 mm to 10 mm, giving engineers a clear selection path during specification.
For demanding installations, SHT can be selected with 100 bar or 500 bar pressure stage. Depending on the construction form, versions are available with internal thread or with a press ring made from stainless steel 1.4571 or PTFE, while configurable lengths support adaptation to the measuring point.
The thermowell is designed for Pt100 sensors, including PTI as well as PTF and PTS probe versions.
Available construction forms include A, B, C, D, E and X, plus special construction forms by order code.
The range includes 4 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 9 mm and 11 mm inner diameters, with restrictions depending on construction form.
Versions are available with a press ring made from steel 1.4571 or PTFE. PTFE is only available for construction forms C, D and E.
Construction forms A and B include an internal thread, while other construction forms follow the selected drawing type.
Length L1 is selected including the process connection. For STH--X, length L2 is also configurable.
