Flow transmitter for high-pressure liquid flow monitoring

RRH-010/025

Flow transmitter for liquid flow monitoring from 0.1...100 l/min H2O, with DN 10 or DN 25 sizes, Hall sensor, metal housing, PNP or NPN output and ingress protection (IP67).

Introduction

High operating pressure and limited installation space call for a flow transmitter that fits the pipework without extra conditioning sections. With no inlet or outlet runs required, this unit supports compact liquid flow measurement in industrial pipe sections and filling processes.

The impeller is driven by the flowing medium, and its speed is detected by a Hall sensor. A metal housing, pressure resistance up to PN 100 and wetted materials including CW614N nickel-plated or 1.4305, PVDF, Iglidur X bearings and a ceramic Zr02-TZP axis give the design the mechanical strength needed for demanding use. DN 10 and DN 25 variants cover measuring ranges from 0.1...100 l/min H2O.

Installation stays flexible through rotatable adapters, female thread, male thread or hose nozzle connections. PNP or NPN output, 2 m cable or M12x1 connector options and ingress protection (IP67) help the transmitter integrate cleanly into industrial control environments.

Features

Rotor measuring principle

The flowing medium drives an impeller with magnets. A Hall sensor detects the flow-proportional rotor speed.

Mechanical connections

Versions are available with female thread, male thread or hose nozzle connections. Other threads, compression and plug-in connections are available on request.

Adapter system

Rotatable adapter pieces mount the unit into the pipe. The adapters can be separated from the housing after removing the stainless steel clips.

Operating position

The sensor can be installed in any position. The preferred mounting position supports venting, with horizontal rotor axis and horizontal or upward flow.

Electrical connection

The sensor is available with a 2 m cable or for a 4-pin M12x1 round connector. It is short-circuit-proof and reverse-polarity protected.

Connection options

Mechanical connection pieces with check valve, filter, flow constantor or customer-specific design are available on request.
