Water or process liquid in the wrong place can quickly lead to damage, downtime and avoidable service work. PUKK detects leakage from electrically conductive liquids in areas such as bunds, raised floors, suspended ceilings, computer rooms and below cooling channels.
The compact sensor integrates the evaluation electronics in the head. An internally generated AC voltage is applied between the electrode contacts; when liquid bridges the electrodes, a measurable current triggers the electronics and switches either the output relay or the PNP switching output, depending on the selected version.
PUKK supports practical installation on the floor with screw fastening and allows the response threshold to be adjusted to the liquid conductivity. A yellow internal LED indicates the output switching state, while POM, PP or PTFE housing materials and 316L/316Ti or Hastelloy C4 electrodes provide options for different media conditions.
The sensor applies an internally generated AC voltage between the electrode contacts and detects leakage when conductive liquid creates a measurable current.
The electronics are built into the sensor head and switch the configured output when the selected safety circuit condition is reached.
Versions are available with 1x PNP switching output for 24 V DC supply or 1x relay output for 20 ... 30V AC / DC supply.
The design is suitable for floor mounting with screw fastening in areas where leaked conductive liquid can collect.
A yellow internal LED indicates the switching state of the output.
The sensor is available with a terminal compartment or 5 m silicone cable, depending on configuration.
