Reliable pressure monitoring starts with a switch that fits the process, not the other way around. This family covers general applications in machine and plant engineering, HVAC and refrigeration, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, process industry, environmental technology and building automation.
The device adapts to demanding measuring tasks with finely graduated spans from 250 mbar to 600 bar, relative pressure ranges up to 600 bar and absolute pressure ranges from 1 bar to 40 bar. A ceramic Al2O3 membrane, stainless steel process connection and line deviation ≤ ±0.5% FS support dependable readings across gases, vapors, liquids and dusts.
On site, the rotating housing and display make the switch easier to read and operate in different mounting positions. The bright LED display, function LED and 3-key operation support direct configuration, while 2x PNP switching outputs or 4…20 mA with PNP options make integration into industrial control systems straightforward.
The family includes relative pressure versions from -1 bar to 600 bar and absolute pressure versions from 1 bar to 40 bar, with selectable measuring spans across the ordering range.
The sensing system uses a 96% aluminum oxide Al2O3 ceramic membrane. Versions with internal or flush-mounted membrane designs are listed in the source.
Available process connections include ISO 228-1 thread types, EN 837 gauge connections, female thread, internal bore versions and flush-mounted G¾"A or G1"A options for selected ranges.
The integrated electronics combine a digital display, function LED and keypad. Output versions include switching outputs and current output combinations for control system connection.
Media-contacting parts include ceramic membrane material, stainless steel 1.4404/316L or 1.4571/316Ti process connection materials and FPM or EPDM process seals.
Standard process temperature covers -40…+100 °C, with an extended -40…+135 °C version using a temperature decoupler. Ambient temperature range is -40...+85 °C.
