Demanding pressure points in machinery, hydraulic systems or process plants need stable readings without slowing down commissioning. This transmitter monitors, controls and continuously measures pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts, with measuring ranges from 400 mbar to 1000 bar and accuracy up to ≤ ±0.15% FSO.
A robust welded stainless steel housing supports reliable use in tough industrial environments. Ingress protection (IP69K/IP67), process temperatures up to +125 °C and resistance to high shock and vibration loads make it well suited for applications where moisture, cleaning or mechanical stress are part of daily operation.
Flexible outputs help the device fit into existing automation concepts. Depending on the version, it provides 4…20 mA FSK, RS485 Modbus®-RTU, IO-Link® or 0...10 V, with response times down to ≤ 2 ms. Flush diaphragm process connections also support integrated cleaning for viscous or frequently changing media.
The sensor continuously measures pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts for monitoring and control tasks.
The product range includes internal and metallic flush diaphragm versions with multiple process connection options.
Flush process connections allow process-integrated cleaning of the wetted diaphragm, including CIP/SIP cleaning processes.
Output versions include current, voltage, RS485 Modbus®-RTU and IO-Link®, with model-specific wiring and connector options.
Relative pressure versions are available, with absolute pressure versions listed for ranges up to 25 bar.
The membrane, process connection and connection housing use CrNi steel. Seal options include NBR, FPM and EPDM.
Options include preset configuration, factory calibration certificate, laser tag marking and paint-compatible execution.
ATEX/IECEx versions are listed for selected configurations, including Ex ia IIC Ga and Ex ia IIIC Da.
