In machine building, process equipment and environmental technology, pressure measurement has to stay stable across changing media, high loads and demanding cleaning routines. This pressure transmitter monitors, controls and continuously measures pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts, with measuring ranges from 250 mbar to 600 bar and accuracy up to ≤ ±0.15% FSO.
The wide choice of process connections and electronics makes it adaptable to many industrial tasks, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, HVAC and refrigeration, building automation and process industry applications. Output options include 4…20 mA FSK, RS485 Modbus®-RTU, IO-Link® and 0...10 V.
A robust fully welded stainless steel housing with ingress protection (IP69K/IP67) supports use in harsh environments. The ceramic Al2O3 96% strain-gauge measuring cell is long-term stable, while flush-mounted versions support process-integrated cleaning of the wetted diaphragm, including CIP/SIP processes.
The device monitors, controls and continuously measures pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts for general industrial applications.
The measuring system uses a ceramic Al2O3 96% strain-gauge cell with a flush-mounted or internal diaphragm, depending on the selected version.
The product family includes ISO 228-1 G¼", G½", G¾" and G1" connections, ANSI NPT ¼" and ½" threads and other connection options.
Electronics versions include 2-wire 4…20 mA FSK, 3-wire 0...10 V, 4-wire RS485 Modbus®-RTU and 4-wire IO-Link® with switching outputs.
Standard process temperature covers –40 °C…+100 °C, with an extended version for –40 °C…+135 °C and a temperature decoupler.
Connection options include an M12 connector and EN 175-301-803-C or EN 175-301-803-A angled connectors.
Available options include configuration or presetting, factory calibration with calibration certificate, tag laser marking and EN10204 3.1 material certificate.
