Reliable pressure monitoring starts with a sensor that fits the process, not the other way around. This universal pressure transmitter monitors, controls and measures pressure continuously in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts, with measuring ranges from 50 mbar to 20 bar and a broad choice of process connections for machine building, hydraulics, pneumatics, building automation and process industry applications.
Precise readings remain stable in demanding conditions. The dry capacitive ceramic sensor reaches accuracy up to ±0.05% FSI, while the robust stainless steel housing with ingress protection (IP69K/IP67) supports use in harsh industrial environments. Front-flush versions allow process-integrated cleaning of the wetted measuring diaphragm, including CIP/SIP cleaning processes.
Commissioning and integration stay flexible through selectable electronics: 4…20 mA FSK, RS485 Modbus®-RTU, IO-Link® or 0...10 V. With process temperatures from -40 °C to +125 °C and ATEX/IECEx approval options, the transmitter is well suited for demanding measurement tasks across many industrial setups.
The device continuously measures, monitors and controls pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts for general industrial applications.
Multiple threaded, clamp, Varivent®, DRD and DIN 11851 connections are available, including front-flush designs for direct contact with the process.
A dry capacitive ceramic measuring cell with Al2O3 membrane provides the pressure signal for relative or absolute pressure variants.
Depending on the electronics version, configuration and adjustment are possible via FSK, RS485 Modbus®-RTU or IO-Link®.
Standard and extended temperature versions cover process temperatures from -40 °C to +100 °C or -40 °C to +125 °C.
ATEX and IECEx versions are available for intrinsically safe gas and dust atmospheres, depending on output and electrical connection.
