Hygienic and aseptic processes need pressure measurement that stays reliable when media are demanding, cleaning cycles are frequent and installation space is defined by the process. This pressure transmitter monitors, controls and continuously measures pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts, with measuring ranges from 100 mbar to 25 bar.
The front-flush, metallic EHEDG-compliant membrane supports process-integrated cleaning of the wetted measuring surface, including CIP/SIP cleaning processes. A fully welded stainless steel housing, ingress protection (IP69K/IP67) and process temperatures from -20 °C to +150 °C help keep measurements stable in demanding food, beverage, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and sterile process applications.
For easy integration into existing automation concepts, the device is available with 4…20 mA FSK, RS485 Modbus®-RTU, IO-Link® or 0...10 V electronics. Accuracy up to ≤ ±0.15% FSO and response times down to ≤ 2 ms support precise control and fast process feedback.
The device monitors, controls and continuously measures pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts in hygienic and aseptic processes.
