Reliable pressure monitoring starts with a switch that fits the process rather than forcing compromises. This model monitors, controls and continuously measures absolute and relative pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts, covering finely graded spans from 400 mbar to 1000 bar. It is suited to machinery and plant engineering, HVAC and refrigeration, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, process industry, environmental technology and building automation.
Stable readings support confident process decisions: the characteristic deviation is ≤ ±0.5% FS, with long-term drift ≤ ±0.2% FS per year. Process temperatures from -40 °C to +100 °C are covered as standard, with an extended version up to +125 °C, while the ambient range reaches -40 °C to +85 °C.
Installation remains practical on site. The stainless steel housing and display rotate for readable operation in any mounting position, and the bright LED display, function LED and 3-key tactile operation support direct setup without tools.
The device monitors, controls and continuously measures absolute and relative pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts.
Connection options include ISO 228-1 threads in EN 837 versions and flush diaphragm versions for media that may clog pressure channel bores.
Electronics options cover PNP switching outputs and 4…20 mA current output combinations, with 10.5…35 VDC supply and M12 connector.
Available options include LABS-free or silicone-free versions, factory calibration with certificate, customer-specific presetting and laser marking.
Media-contacting parts use CrNi steel, with NBR, FPM or EPDM process seals depending on the selected configuration.
