Reliable pressure monitoring becomes easier when one device can adapt to the process instead of forcing compromises. This pressure switch monitors absolute and relative pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts, with measuring spans from 100 mbar to 60 bar and process temperatures from –40…+125 °C.
The ceramic capacitive measuring cell supports demanding applications in machine and plant engineering, HVAC and refrigeration systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, process industry, environmental technology and building automation. Flush process connections help integrate the measuring membrane into CIP/SIP cleaning processes, while CrNi steel process materials and Al2O3 ceramic membranes support use with critical or frequently changing media.
On site, the bright LED display, function LED and 3-button operation make setup direct and clear. The rotatable housing and display improve access in different mounting positions, while ingress protection (IP65/IP67), an ambient range of –40…+85 °C and ≤ ±0.2% FS characteristic deviation give the device the resilience needed for demanding pressure tasks.
The measuring system uses Al2O3 ceramic membranes with internal or flush-mounted designs, matched to the selected measuring range and process connection.
The range includes relative pressure versions from -1 bar to 60 bar and absolute pressure versions from 0 bar to 60 bar, with finely graded spans from 100 mbar to 60 bar.
ISO 228-1 threads, DIN 11851 milk pipe, Varivent®, Clamp and DRD connections are available, including flush-mounted versions.
Electronics provide 2x PNP switching outputs, 1x PNP with 4…20 mA, 2x PNP with 4…20 mA, or a DESINA variant.
The connection housing and display rotate, and operation uses three tactile buttons with a function LED.
Wetted process connections use CrNi steel. Seal options include FPM, EPDM, FFKM and FFKM hd, depending on the selected configuration.
