Hygienic processes need pressure monitoring that stays reliable with difficult media and frequent cleaning cycles. This pressure switch monitors, controls and continuously measures pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts, including viscous, pasty, adhesive, crystallizing, particle-laden or contaminated media.
The front-flush welded membrane supports process-integrated cleaning of the wetted measuring surface. With EHEDG-conforming hygienic process connections, stainless steel wetted parts and suitability for CIP/SIP cleaning conditions, it fits demanding applications in food and beverage, pharmaceutical production, biotechnology and sterile process technology.
On site, the device keeps operation practical. The rotatable housing and display support readable installation positions, while the bright LED display, function LED and 3-key operation simplify setup. Measuring spans from 100 mbar to 25 bar, accuracy ≤ ±0.5% FS, ingress protection (IP65/IP67) and 2x PNP plus optional 4…20 mA output make it a flexible choice for critical pressure tasks.
The device monitors, controls and continuously measures pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts.
Variants provide PNP switching outputs and a 4…20 mA analog output, including a Desina option in the order code.
Hygienic process adapters include ISO 228-1 front-flush thread, DIN 11851 milk pipe couplings, Varivent® and DRD.
Wetted parts use stainless steel 1.4535/316L or 1.4571/316L, with FPM or EPDM process seals listed in the order code.
The electrical interface uses an M12 connector with standard cable wiring for the available output variants.
