This transmitter and pressure switch covers finely graduated ranges from 0…50 mbar to 0…60 bar and supports relative or absolute pressure versions, making it adaptable across hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, refrigeration, environmental technology and building automation tasks.
High measurement confidence comes from accuracy options down to ≤ ±0.05% of the measuring range with Xcellence linearity protocol. The graphic color display, keypad and rotatable housing support convenient operation in almost any mounting position, while the integrated data logger stores over 500,000 measured values for process analysis and documentation.
For demanding environments, the device combines a ceramic Al2O3 sensor with ingress protection (IP65/IP67), 15g shock resistance and 4g vibration resistance. Flush process connection options support CIP/SIP cleaning processes where cleanability of wetted surfaces matters.
The device uses a capacitive ceramic Al2O3 sensor with either an internal or flush process membrane, depending on the selected process connection.
The electronics provide a configurable current output 0/4…20 mA or voltage output 0…10 V for connection to control and monitoring systems.
Output versions are available with 2 or 4 PNP switching outputs. Each PNP output is current-limited, short-circuit-proof and rated up to ≤ 200 mA.
The integrated measurement data memory records over 500,000 measured values. A version with timestamp and support battery is available.
The product family includes ISO 228-1, ANSI NPT, DIN 11851, Varivent, DRD and Clamp process connection options, including flush versions.
Versions are available for -40°C…+100°C and -40°C…+125°C, with temperature decoupler for the higher process temperature range.
The device uses an M12-A connector, with 4-pin, 5-pin or 8-pin versions according to the selected output configuration.
