The PP473 family comprises one SICRAM relative pressure and eight SICRAM differential pressure probes for use with compatible portable instruments. Based on silicon piezoresistive sensor technology, all variants offer excellent linearity, repeatability, and long-term stability with temperature compensation. The PP473 S0 is designed for very low pressure ranges (±250 Pa) and features a special auto-zero circuit that periodically corrects offset drift — making it insensitive to mounting position and ideal for clean room monitoring. Versions PP473 S1 through S8 cover differential pressure full-scale ranges from 10 mbar up to 2 bar, with accuracy down to 0.15% f.s. for higher-range models. All probes operate between -10 and +60 °C, are compatible with non-corrosive dry gas or air, and connect via Ø 5 mm tube. The family supports a wide range of HVAC, ventilation, industrial, and cleanroom applications.
