In liquid media lines, a direct visual indication can make flow checks faster and easier without adding electrical complexity. This mechanical flow indicator uses a rotor for quantitative flow indication, with rotor speed proportional to the flow rate.
The family covers DN 10 and DN 25 versions with internal threads G 3/8 or G 1. Six H2O ranges extend from 0.1 - 1.5 l/min up to 4.0 - 100.0 l/min, giving users a practical choice for different line sizes and flow rates. The device is designed for PN 16 and medium temperatures from 0...60 °C.
Installation and handling stay flexible on site. The connections are rotatable, detachable by clip closure and can differ on both sides. Wetted materials include PPS, PSU Ultrason, PVDF, ceramic ZrO2-TZP, Iglidur X and FKM. The installation position is freely selectable, except with flow entering from above.
The device indicates flow mechanically by rotor movement. The rotor rotation changes in proportion to the flow rate.
The family includes DN 10 with G 3/8 internal thread and DN 25 with G 1 internal thread.
The connection design allows rotatable fittings, detachable clip-closure mounting and different connections on each side.
Wetted materials include PPS, PSU Ultrason, PVDF, ceramic ZrO_2-TZP, Iglidur X and FKM. Optional materials listed include CW614N, stainless steel, EPDM and NBR.
The flow indicator can be installed in any orientation, except with flow entering from above.
The specified medium is water. Oils are mentioned with a tendency toward higher rotor start values.
