Combined pH electrode for polluted wastewater media

pH211

Combined pH electrode for wastewater treatment and process chemistry, measuring 0..14 pH in contaminated media with 2 x hole diaphragm, Pt1000 sensor, PG13,5 process connection and VarioPin connection.

Introduction

Heavily polluted media can shorten electrode life and disturb stable pH measurement. This combined pH electrode is designed for contaminated to heavily contaminated media in wastewater treatment and process chemistry, giving users a robust option for demanding process liquids.

The double chamber reference system has an extended diffusion range to support longer electrode life. Together with the electrolyte bridge, gel electrolyte and 2 x hole diaphragm, it provides direct media access with minimal diaphragm interference voltage and cannot clog due to the large diaphragm diameter.

The electrode measures 0..14 pH and operates at -5..+100 °C, up to 5 bar and from 150 µS/cm media conductivity. A 120 mm shaft, PG13,5 process connection, VarioPin electrical connection and integrated Pt1000 sensor support practical integration and temperature compensation.
