Demanding pH applications need an electrode that tolerates heat, pressure and cleaning routines without losing practical process fit. This combined pH electrode is specified for lightly polluted liquids and SIP/CIP capable applications, measuring 0...14 pH.
The temperature-resistant glass membrane and pressurized gel electrolyte support use at increased process pressures, while the Ag/AgCl reference system includes a silver ion trap for good service life. A 1 x ceramic diaphragm and minimum media conductivity of 150 µS/cm define the measurement environment.
Integration is straightforward with a 120 mm glass shaft, PG13,5 process connection and VP industrial plug-in head. The integrated Pt1000 sensor supports temperature compensation directly at the electrode, and the electrode is rated for 135°C working temperature and up to 6 bar max. pressure.
