Flow indicator for liquid line visual monitoring

OW

Flow indicator for visual checking of water and oils in pipelines, covering DN 8..50 / G 1/4..G 2 with Qmax. up to 250 l/min, PN 6 and any-position installation in a brass body.

Introduction

In liquid lines where the medium itself tells the story, a direct visual check can be the simplest way to spot fill level, color changes or bubbles. This flow indicator gives operators that view through a sight glass and is designed for water, oils, dirty liquids and colored liquids.

The family covers DN 8...50 with G 1/4...G 2 internal threads, making it suitable for different pipe sizes without changing the basic device concept. With Qmax. values up to 250 l/min, PN 6 pressure resistance and media temperatures from -20...+70 °C, it supports everyday monitoring tasks in industrial liquid handling.

A robust brass construction gives the device a practical mechanical base. DN 8..15 versions use pickled CW614N with natural glass, while DN 25...50 versions use nickel-plated CW614N with acrylic glass. Installation is flexible, as the mounting position can be chosen freely.

DN 8...50 versions cover G 1/4...G 2 internal threads and Qmax. up to 250 l/min.

Features

Sight glass inspection

The medium passes through a visible section, allowing direct observation of fill level, color and bubbles during operation.

Internal thread connection

The family uses G internal threads across nominal sizes from DN 8 to DN 50.

Brass construction

Media-wetted parts are CW614N brass, with pickled natural-glass versions for DN 8...15 and nickel-plated acrylic-glass versions for DN 25...50.

Liquid media

The devices are specified for water and oils, including dirty or colored liquids.

Operating conditions

The flow indicators are rated for PN 6 and media and ambient temperatures from -20...+70 °C.
