Flow transmitter for water and low-viscosity liquids, covering 0.1...12 l/min in DN 10 and PN 100, with LCD, IO-Link, analog output and two configurable switching outputs.

Introduction

Compact flow monitoring becomes easier when the transmitter fits the pipework instead of forcing the installation around it. The OMNIPLUS-RRH family measures water and other low-viscosity liquids from 0.1...12 l/min and requires no inlet or outlet sections, helping you save space in machine and plant layouts.
 
Reliable operation is built into the measuring principle. A PVDF rotor with magnets runs on a break-resistant ceramic axis in long-life Iglidur X bearings, while a Hall sensor outside the flow chamber detects rotor speed. Housing options in nickel-plated CW614N or 1.4305 support use with different connection and material requirements.
 
For automation and local checks, the integrated electronics combine a 1.2 inch LCD, IO-Link, selectable analog outputs and two configurable push-pull switching outputs. The IP65 / IP67 protection rating and M12x1 connector make the transmitter suitable for demanding industrial environments.

Features

Hall-sensor measuring principle

A PVDF rotor with magnets turns in the flowing medium. A Hall sensor outside the flow chamber detects the rotor speed, which changes linearly with the flow rate.

Connection variants

The family includes versions with G 1 internal threads, G 1 A external threads and Ø30 hose nozzle options. Other threads and connection systems are available on request.

Housing and seal materials

Wetted parts include nickel-plated CW614N or 1.4305 housing materials, PVDF rotor, Iglidur X bearings, ceramic axis and FKM seal, with NBR or EPDM options.

Configurable output modes

The two transistor outputs can be configured on the device as limit switch, frequency output, pulse output or signal output for a preset counter.

Operating conditions

The transmitter measures water or other low-viscosity liquids at medium temperatures from 0...+70 °C and pressure ratings up to PN 100.
