Liquid level measurement in plastic material configurations calls for a sensor that keeps the measuring principle simple and the output options flexible. This family uses a magnetic float moving along the guiding rod to actuate a chain of resistors and reed contacts, providing continuous level measurement with 5, 10, 20 mm resolution.
The design supports reliable operation with limited mechanical complexity because the float is the only moving element. Versions are available in PVC, PP and PVDF, with lengths up to 5 m, maximum working pressure up to 6 Bar and standard working temperature up to 130°C, depending on material and configuration.
Integration into control systems is supported by several output versions: potentiometric signal, 4-20mA analog output, 0-5 / 0-10V analog output and (0)4-20mA analog output with digital display. Minimum ingress protection (IP) rating is IP65.
