Conductivity cell for wells and open water systems

LF4003

Conductivity cell for wells and open systems, measuring 0..20 µS/cm up to 0..500 mS/cm. 4-electrode immersion design for up to 100 m water depth, with Pt1000 temperature measurement and IP67 M12 connection.

Introduction

Conductivity monitoring in wells and open systems needs a sensor that can work at depth without stable measurement being compromised by deposits or cable effects. LF4003 is a 4-electrode immersion cell for applications up to 100 m depth of water, covering measuring ranges from 0..20 µS/cm up to 0..500 mS/cm.

The 4-electrode design reduces the influence of polarization effects and line resistance, supporting dependable readings across a wide conductivity span. It is also insensitive against soiling, which helps maintain measurement confidence in open water and well installations.

Built from PVC-U acc. to DIN 8061/8062, casting resin, stainless steel 1.4305, graphite electrodes and PUR cable, the cell is designed for operation from 0..60 °C and max. 10 bar. Integrated Pt1000 temperature measurement according to DIN IEC751, Class A, and an 8 pole round connector plug M12x1 with ingress protection IP67 support practical field integration.
