Conductivity cell

LF3623 / LF4623

onductivity cell for pipe installation, measuring 0..20 µS/cm up to 0..500 mS/cm. 4-electrode screw-in design for -10..+120 °C, with Pt1000 temperature measurement and IP67 M12 option.

Introduction

Pipe-mounted conductivity measurement needs a cell that can handle higher process temperatures while keeping readings stable across a broad measuring span. LF4623 is a 4-electrode screw-in cell with pipe thread according to DIN ISO 228, covering measuring ranges from 0..20 µS/cm up to 0..500 mS/cm.

The 4-electrode design prevents influence from polarization effects and line resistance, supporting reliable measurement in process lines. Its insensitive behavior against soiling helps maintain dependable conductivity readings where deposits may occur.

With PVDF, casting resin and graphite electrodes, the cell is designed for process temperatures from -10..+120 °C and max. 16 bar. Integrated Pt1000 temperature measurement according to DIN IEC751, Class A, adds temperature capture in the same assembly. LF3623 is configured for head mounting with UNICON-LF, while LF4623 supports field mounting with an 8 pole round connector plug M12x1 rated IP67.
