Conductivity cell for wells and open systems, measuring 0..20 µS/cm up to 0..500 mS/cm. 4-electrode immersion design with Pt1000 temperature measurement and head or field mounting versions.

Introduction

Open water and well installations often expose conductivity sensors to deposits, long cable paths and changing installation layouts. LF3043 / LF4043 is a 4-electrode immersion cell for these applications, covering measuring ranges from 0..20 µS/cm up to 0..500 mS/cm.
 
The 4-electrode design helps keep readings stable by avoiding influence from polarization effects and line resistance. The cell is also insensitive against soiling, supporting reliable conductivity monitoring where maintenance access may be limited.
 
Two mounting versions make integration straightforward: LF3043 for head mounting with UNICON-LF and LF4043 for field mounting. Process lengths of 300, 500, 600, 800 and 1000 mm are available, with custom length on request. PA polyamide, casting resin and graphite electrodes support operation from -20..60 °C, while integrated Pt1000 temperature measurement according to DIN IEC751, Class A, adds temperature capture in the same assembly.
