Conductivity Cell

LF2653HT

Conductivity cell for pure and ultra-pure water, measuring 0..0.5 μS/cm up to 0..50 μS/cm. Designed for 0..200 °C and max. 20 bar, with Pt1000 temperature measurement and IP67 M12 connection.

Introduction

Reliable conductivity measurement at high process temperatures is critical in pure and ultra-pure water applications. LF2653HT supports this task with a 2-electrode conductive cell designed for measuring ranges from 0..0.5 μS/cm up to 0..50 μS/cm.

The stainless steel 1.4404 (316L), ceramic and Kalrez wetted materials make the cell suitable for demanding process conditions up to 200 °C and max. 20 bar. The exact cell constant C = 0.1 is labeled on the type plate, supporting clear identification during setup and service.

Installation into pipework is supported by process connections with pipe thread according to DIN ISO 228, with G 3/4A, G 1 A and G 1 ¼ A versions available. Integrated Pt1000 temperature measurement according to DIN IEC751, Class A, and an 8 pole round connector plug M12x1 with ingress protection IP67 complete a compact solution for conductivity monitoring in high temperature water processes.
