Conductivity Cell

LF1653 / LF2653

Conductivity cells for ultrapure water with DIN ISO228 pipe thread, measuring 0..0.5 µS/cm up to 0..50 µS/cm with C = 0.1, Pt1000, CIP-/SIP-capability and LF1653 or LF2653 mounting.

Introduction

Ultrapure water systems place high demands on low-range conductivity measurement and process-compatible installation. The LF1653 / LF2653 family uses a 2-electrode conductive cell design with pipe thread according to DIN ISO228, giving operators a dedicated solution for inline ultrapure water monitoring.

The cells cover measuring ranges from 0..0.5 µS/cm up to 0..50 µS/cm with a cell constant of C = 0.1, with the exact value labelled on the type plate. Integrated Pt1000 temperature measurement according to DIN IEC751, class A, supports process evaluation directly at the cell.

For demanding process routines, the family operates from -10..+120 °C and is CIP-/SIP-capable up to 140 °C for less than 1 hour. Electropolished stainless steel 1.4404, PVDF and EPDM seal materials support use in defined process installations, with G ¾ A or G 1 A process connections available.
