DN 25 liquid flow monitoring often has to combine higher flow capacity with practical installation in machine and plant pipework. This paddlewheel flow meter measures water and other low-viscosity liquids in three ranges: 2...30, 3...60 and 4...100 l/min. No inlet or outlet runs are required, helping reduce layout constraints in compact industrial assemblies.
The rotor speed changes linearly with the flow rate and is detected by a Hall sensor outside the flow chamber. A PVDF rotor with magnets, a break-resistant ceramic axis and special plastic bearings give the measuring element a durable mechanical design. The DN 25 version is available with G 1 female thread, G 1 A male thread or Ø30 hose nozzle connection.
Integration into control systems is straightforward. IO-Link supports configuration and measured value readout, while the analog output can be configured for current or voltage ranges. The switching output can also operate as a limit switch, frequency output, pulse output or preset counter signal.
The flowing medium rotates a magnet-equipped PVDF rotor. A Hall sensor outside the flow chamber detects rotor speed for flow measurement.
The DN 25 version is available in three measuring ranges for water: 2...30 l/min, 3...60 l/min and 4...100 l/min.
DN 25 connection options include G 1 female thread, G 1 A male thread and Ø30 hose nozzle. Other connection types are available on request.
The housing is available in nickel-plated CW614N or 1.4305 stainless steel. Seal options include FKM as standard, with NBR or EPDM optional.
The electronics support IO-Link V1.1.3, COM2 communication, block parameterization and data storage.
The analog output can be configured for current or voltage operation, including 4...20 mA, 0...20 mA, 0...10 V and further voltage ranges.
The push-pull transistor output can be configured as a limit switch, frequency output, pulse output or preset counter signal.
The device connects via a 4-pin M12x1 circular connector and operates with an 18...30 V DC supply.
