High-pressure flow monitoring needs a device that can be installed without turning the pipe run into a design problem. LABOPLUS-HD1 measures flow in industrial applications using a spring-supported float principle and requires no inlet or outlet runs, helping simplify integration in compact systems.
The transmitter covers water measuring ranges from 0.1 ... 80 l/min and is built for pressure ratings up to PN 200, with PN 500 available on request. Its industrial housing is available in brass or stainless steel, while ingress protection IP65 / IP67 supports use in demanding plant environments.
Signal integration is flexible. The electronics provide a selectable analog output, a switching output that can also be used as a frequency or pulse output, and IO-Link V1.1.4 for digital configuration and measured value readout. For higher medium temperatures, an optional version extends the range up to +150 °C with PEEK distance pieces.
A magnet-equipped float moves against a spring; its position is detected outside the flow chamber by magnetic field sensors.
IO-Link V1.1.4 enables digital communication with the sensor for configuration and measured value readout.
The analog output can be configured as current or voltage, including 4 ... 20 mA, 0 ... 20 mA, 0 ... 10 V and 2 ... 10 V.
The transistor output is push-pull and can be configured as a limit switch, frequency output, pulse output or signal for a preset counter.
The family is available in DN 8 ... DN 25 with G 1/4 ... G 1 female threads and brass or stainless steel housing materials.
An extended temperature version uses PEEK distance pieces and fastening screws for thermal isolation up to +150 °C.
