Reliable level monitoring starts with a transmitter that can adapt to the tank, the medium and the control task. Hydrocont HN4 measures, monitors and controls liquid levels in general applications, including water and wastewater, machinery and plant engineering, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, process industry and environmental technology.
The finely graded measuring spans from 50 mbar to 20 bar help match the sensor to the application instead of oversizing it. A ceramic front-flush diaphragm, CrNi-steel enclosure and ingress protection (IP65/IP67) support use in demanding plant areas, while process temperatures up to +125°C are possible with a temperature decoupler. Accuracy options down to \leq \pm0.05% FS give engineers confidence in critical level and volume values.
On site, the bright TFT-LCD display, 3-key menu and rotatable enclosure make setup practical in different mounting positions. 0/4…20 mA or 0…10 V output, up to four PNP switch outputs and data memory for more than 500,000 values support control, diagnostics and process documentation in one device.
The terminal enclosure rotates by 300° and supports operation in different installation positions.
