Barometric transmitter for indoor pressure monitoring, measuring 600...1100 mbar with 0...1 Vdc analog output, ±0.5 mbar accuracy at 20°C and 10...40 Vdc power supply.

Introduction

Indoor pressure measurement becomes easier to integrate when the transmitter is compact, low-power and built around a clear analog output. HD4V8TBARO measures barometric pressure from 600...1100 mbar and converts it into a 0...1 Vdc output for straightforward connection to monitoring or control systems.
 
The piezoresistive sensor supports reliable pressure tracking with ±0.5 mbar accuracy at 20°C, a response time below 200 ms after pressure stabilization and 1 sec. settling time to 99% of the measure. With current supply below 4 mA and 10...40 Vdc power supply, it fits efficiently into permanent measurement setups.
 
Designed for wall mounting indoors, the transmitter works from -30°C...60°C and is compatible with air and non aggressive dry gases. It is also suitable for installation in Senseca weather station housings HD32.35, HD32.35FP, HD32.36 and HD32.36FP.

Features

Piezoresistive sensor

The transmitter uses a piezoresistive sensing element to measure barometric pressure for indoor installations.

Analog voltage output

The device provides a 0...1 Vdc output. Power connects to +Vcc and GND, while the output connects between Vout and GND.

Indoor wall mounting

The housing is designed for wall mounting and has compact dimensions of 60 x 66 x 35 mm with a weight of 100 g

Media compatibility

The measuring element is intended for air and non aggressive dry gases, with overpressure resistance up to 2 bar – 30 psi.
