Thermal microclimate data logger for IAQ and comfort analysis

HD32.3TC

Thermal microclimate data logger for IAQ and comfort analysis, measuring T, RH, air speed, CO2, VOC index and PM1.0/PM2.5/PM10, with PMV, PPD, WBGT and UTCI calculations, 3 SICRAM inputs and Wi-Fi FTP transfer.

Introduction

Reliable building and workplace assessments need more than a temperature reading. This portable logger combines microclimate and indoor air quality measurement in one field instrument, helping facility managers, occupational safety specialists and energy consultants evaluate comfort, ventilation and environmental well-being with documented data.

The instrument measures key parameters such as dry bulb, wet bulb and globe temperature, relative humidity, air speed, CO2, VOC index, atmospheric pressure and particulate matter when used with the relevant probes. It calculates practical comfort and stress indices including PMV, PPD, WBGT, UTCI, DR, TU, HI and TEP, with DeltaLog10 software adding IREQ, DLE, WCI and PHS method indices for deeper analysis.

Long measuring cycles are easier to manage in the field. The 8 GB memory, configurable 1 second to 1 hour logging interval, 4" capacitive touch display, integrated camera and at least 24 hours of battery operation support structured on-site work, while Wi-Fi FTP transfer and USB OTG simplify data access.

Comfort decisions
Calculates PMV, PPD, WBGT, UTCI, DR, TU, HI and TEP for documented thermal assessment.
IAQ in one setup
Measures CO2, VOC index, PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10 with compatible probes.
Long field sessions
8 GB memory and 1 second to 1 hour logging intervals support extended measurements.
Portable autonomy
Rechargeable battery runs for at least 24 hours with the display always on.
Fast data access
Wi-Fi sends logged files to FTP servers; USB OTG connects to a PC without drivers.
Protected housing
ABS housing, rubber protection band and IP54 ingress protection support field use.

Features

Probe inputs

Three 8-pole DIN45326 inputs accept SICRAM probes with automatic parameter recognition. An M12 8-pole RS485 input connects auxiliary probes such as the PMsense-P particulate matter transmitter.

Touch display

The backlit color graphic LCD has a capacitive touch interface, 52 x 87 mm active area and 480 x 800 pixel resolution for numerical and graphical measurement views.

Project-based storage

Logging files and photos are stored in project folders. The active project can be selected on the instrument before recording or capturing images.

DeltaLog10 software

The software supports advanced analysis, PDF and CSV export and additional index calculations including IREQ, DLE, WCI and PHS method indices.

Integrated camera

The built-in 480 x 640 pixel camera records images of the monitored environment and stores them with the active project.

Power and connection

The instrument uses a rechargeable internal lithium battery and can be powered or charged through the mini-USB connector using the external power supply or a PC USB port.
