Barometric data logger for pressure, temperature and humidity

HD311

Barometric data logger for pressure, temperature and humidity, with 0...1350 hPa range, 0.01 hPa resolution, color graphic LCD, SD card CSV logging, PDF reports, USB and RS232C output.

Introduction

Atmospheric monitoring needs clear data, not just a pressure value. The HD3114B combines a precision built-in barometric sensor with logging and analysis functions for pressure, temperature and humidity, giving users a practical handheld instrument for environmental assessment and documentation.

The barometric sensor measures 0...1350 hPa with 0.01 hPa resolution and calculates barometric tendency and trend, altitude, QNH, QFE and QFF. With SICRAM probes, the instrument also accepts 4-wire Pt100 temperature probes, combined temperature-humidity probes and TP704/TP705 pressure probes via the PP471 module. Probe type and calibration data are recognized automatically.

Data is stored in CSV format on SD cards up to 8 GB, with manual or automatic logging and configurable intervals. The 43 x 58 mm color graphic LCD shows up to 24 quantities, three numeric values at once and real-time graphs, while USB, RS232C and PDF reports support efficient data handling.

Features

Integrated barometer

The built-in precision piezo-resistive sensor measures atmospheric pressure and supports barometric derived quantities.

SICRAM probe input

The 8-pole DIN45326 input accepts intelligent interchangeable probes with stored calibration data.

Humidity calculations

With a combined RH/T probe, the instrument calculates dew point, wet bulb, absolute humidity, enthalpy and comfort indices.

Logging modes

The instrument supports manual logging, automatic logging and programmed logging start and stop times.

Report generation

Logging sessions can create PDF reports in the SD memory card alongside CSV data storage.

PC communication

USB connection supports configuration, data download and MSD mode for direct memory card access.

Serial printing

The RS232C output with RJ12 connector sends displayed measurements to a compatible serial printer.

Power supply

The instrument uses a rechargeable 3.7 V Li-ion battery or external power through USB.
