Reliable field measurements become easier when one handheld instrument can cover many parameters without constant setup work. With three independent inputs for SICRAM probes, the HD31 records temperature, relative humidity, pressure, air speed, illuminance, irradiance, CO2, direct voltage and direct current, depending on the connected probe.
Probe recognition is automatic, and calibration data is stored inside the SICRAM module. This lets users swap factory-calibrated probes between channels or instruments without additional recalibration. The color graphic LCD shows three readings at the same time, with up to 36 quantities available and a real-time graph for immediate checks on site.
For longer measurement tasks, data is stored directly to an SD memory card in CSV format with configurable intervals. Each sample includes date and time, and the instrument automatically creates PDF measurement reports. USB connection, DeltaLog9 software and an RS232C printer output support practical data transfer, configuration and documentation.
The instrument provides three independent channels for SICRAM probes. Inputs can also work with non-SICRAM probes when the relevant interface modules are used.
The display can show three measurement lines simultaneously and allows up to 36 quantities to be enabled, including measured and derived values.
With a combined relative humidity and temperature probe, the instrument calculates dew point, wet bulb temperature, absolute humidity, mixing ratio, vapor pressures, enthalpy, DI and NET indexes.
The HD31 supports manual or automatic logging with a user-configurable interval, programmed start and stop times, and date/time storage for every sample.
RECORD calculates minimum, average and maximum values. HOLD, REL and DIFF functions support display freezing, relative measurement and differences between homogeneous measurements.
The mini-USB port connects to a PC for configuration and data download. The RS232C serial output connects to a printer for displayed measurements.
The instrument operates from a rechargeable 3.7 V Li-ion battery, an external power supply unit or a PC USB port. Battery life is 18 hours of continuous operation.
The ABS housing includes rubber protection bands and a protective shell. The instrument has ingress protection (IP) IP64.
